WHEREAS, various departments of Deschutes County c arge f��'e*s
and charges for services and permits;
WHEREAS, Deschutes County has established a provision for a
building height exception process; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows:
Section 1. That the fees in the Planning Division, of the
Community Development Department, be amended as described in
Exhibit ,A," attached hereto and by this reference incorporated
herein.
Section 2. That the provisions of Section 1 of this
resolution shall become effective upon its passage.
