ORDINANCE 92-072 AMENDING SOLID WASTE ADVISORY COUNCIL Before the Board was signature of Ordinance 92-072 amending Title 13.16, Division III. Solid Waste Collection, Administration, of the Deschutes County Code. The Commissioners wanted to change the proposed language to list the County Sanitarian as the only advisor to the committee. MAUDLIN: I would entertain a motion for first and second readings of Ordinance 92-072 by title only with the changes as noted. SCHLANGEN: So moved. FINDINGS AND DECISION ON THE JOHN ADAMS APPLICATION Before the Board was signature of the Findings and Decision on the John Adams Application for a Minor Partition (MP -91-49) to create two 20 -acre farm parcels. ADDENDUM TO LICENSE FOR BILL CRISWELL Before the Board was signature of an Addendum to License for William and Sharon Criswell to extend, for a fixed period of time (90 days), the license previously granted to use the County's land. VOTE: THROOP: Excused SCHLANGEN: YES MAUDLIN: YES MORELOCK WOOD PRODUCTS EXISTING LOAN Before the Board was a request from COIC that the Board accept a renewal of the existing loan for Morelock Wood Products, extending the balance to 48 months, rate 8%, payments $773.67, and all other loan recitals to remain consistent with the original loan, with payments to begin February 10, 1993. The Board agreed to the renewal of the existing loan under the conditions outlined. CONSERVATION EASEMENT FROM THE OLSENS Before the Board was signature of a Conservation Easement for the Olsens on property located adjacent to the Deschutes River on Merganser Drive in Oregon Water Wonderland.
