ORDER NO. 93-024
WHEREAS, the County Road Official; has recommended c.a
expenditure of County Road Funds to maintain Steens Mount'iin w
Court, the right-of-way which is described in Section 1; and -P`
WHEREAS, the public use of the road justifies the
expenditure proposed; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners may authorize
the work in accordance with ORS 368.031 for this local access
road in the same manner as a County road; now, therefore,
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY,
OREGON, ORDERS as follows:
Section 1. That the public right-of-way described as:
Steens Mountain Court as shown on the official plat of
Ponderosa Estates First Addition recorded and filed in
Cabinet C, Page 392 of the plat records in the office of the
County Clerk, Deschutes County, Oregon; be maintained by the
County Road Official as recommended by the Public Works
Director.
Section 2. That the work authorized herein shall be as
a continuing program.
