That the public right-of-way described as: Jericho Road, from its intersection with Plainview Road to its intersection with the East-West projection of the South line of Lot 6, Block 1, as shown on the official plat of Plainview Estates South recorded and filed in Cabinet C, Page 58 of the plat records in the office of the County Clerk, Deschutes County, Oregon; be hereby established as a county road.
