ORDINANCE NO. 93-024 0126-1034 THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Chapter 15.04.035, Dwelling Code - Adopted, Building and Construction Codes and Regulations, of the Deschutes County Code is amended to read as described in Exhibit "A," attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Section 2. This Ordinance being necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this Ordinance takes effect on its passage. A certain book or publication, a copy of which is on file with the county clerk, marked and entitled, [CABO]State of Oregon 1993 Edition One [&]and Two Family Dwelling Specialty Code, [1989 Edition and 1990 Oregon One & Two Family Dwelling Specialty Code,] effective [April 1, 1990]May 1, 1993, hereby is adopted as the code for one- and two-family dwellings in unincorporated Deschutes County; and such dwelling code, so adopted and on file in the office of the clerk is referred to and by this reference made a part of this chapter as though fully set out herein.
