Pursuant to ORS 311.508 and ORS 311.806, the Deschutes County Tax Collector is hereby authorized to make refunds from the unsegregated tax account in the amount of $10,845.53, and from the County Assessment and Taxation Fund in the amount of $0.06, as described in Exhibit "A," attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.
