RESOLUTION NO. 93-071 WHEREAS, ORS 275.100 provides that the Board of County Commissioners declare its intention to exchange real property by proper resolution; and WHEREAS, a hearing shall be held for the purpose of receiving objections to the proposed exchange of real property; and WHEREAS, Deschutes County intends to exchange real property with Eugene Albert Amy; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows: Section 1.
