RESOLUTION NO. 93-071
WHEREAS, ORS 275.100 provides that the Board of County
Commissioners declare its intention to exchange real property by
proper resolution; and
WHEREAS, a hearing shall be held for the purpose of receiving
objections to the proposed exchange of real property; and
WHEREAS, Deschutes County intends to exchange real property with
Eugene Albert Amy; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES
COUNTY, OREGON, as follows:
Section 1. That Deschutes County intends to transfer the real
property described as:
A parcel of land located in the SE h of Section 24,
Township 18 South, Range 11 East, W.M., Deschutes County,
Oregon, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 36, Block
FF, Deschutes River Woods as shown on sheet 30 of the
original plat of Deschutes River Woods (filed as "CS06504"
in the Deschutes County Surveyors Office) ; thence along the
Southwestern property line of said Lot 36 115.31 feet along
the arc of a 129.45 foot radius curve to the left, the long
chord of which bears S 21°23118" E 111.54 feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING, said true point being the intersection
of said Southwesterly line of Lot 36 with the new East
40.00 foot right of way line of Brookswood Boulevard as
surveyed by Deschutes County in 1993; thence 40.08 feet
along the arc of a 129.45 foot radius curve to the left,
the long chord of which bears S 55°46,35" E 39.92 feet;

thence S 64°38'41" E 143.83 feet to the intersection of
said Southwesterly property line of Lot 36 and the new
North 30.00 foot right of way line of Baker Road as
surveyed by Deschutes County in 1993; thence leaving said
Southwesterly property line of Lot 36, along said North
30.00 foot right of way line of Baker Road N 80°05'31" W
22.29 feet; thence 88.58 feet along the arc of a 430.00
foot curve to the left, the chord of which bears N
85059136" E 88.42 feet; thence leaving said North 30.00
foot right of way line, 77.89 feet along the arc of a 50.00
foot radius curve to the right, the long chord of which
bears N 47016'03" W 70.25 feet to the new East 40.00 foot
right of way line of Brookswood Boulevard; thence along
said East 40.00 foot right of way line N 02038'26" W 26.39
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

follows:
A parcel of land located in the SE a of Section 24,

Oregon, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 36, Block FF,
Deschutes River Woods as shown on the sheet 30 of the
original plat of Deschutes River Woods (filed as "CS06504"
in the Deschutes County Surveyors Office) , said point being
the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence S 84046'35" E 36.19 feet
along the North line of said Lot 36 to the intersection of
said North line with the new East 40 foot right of way line
Brookswood Boulevard as surveyed by Deschutes County in
1993; thence S 02038126" E 100.67 feet along the said East
40 foot right of way line to the intersection of said 40
foot right of way line with the Southwesterly property line
of said Lot 36; thence along said Southwesterly property
line 115.32 feet along the arc of a 129.45 foot radius non -
tangent curve to the right, the long chord of which bears
N 21023'18" W 111.54 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Section 2. A hearing for the purpose of receiving objections to
the above land trade will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday,
September 1, 1993, in Hearings Room "A," of the Deschutes County
Juvenile Justice Building, Bend.

Section 3. That the Clerk of the County Court shall give notice
of the time and place for the hearing set in Section 2 of this
Resolution by publication of the notice marked Exhibit "A," attached
hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, in "The Bulletin"
once each week for four consecutive weeks prior to the date of such
hearing.

On Wednesday, September 1, 1993, at 10:00 a.m. in Hearings Room
"A," of the Deschutes County Juvenile Justice Building, 1128 N.W.
Harriman, Bend, Oregon, the Board of County Commissioners of
Deschutes County, Oregon, will hold a hearing on a land exchange of
real property between Deschutes County and Eugene Albert Amy. The
real property to be transferred by Deschutes County is described as
