WHEREAS, ORS 275.100 provides that the
Commissioners declare its intention to exchange real

WHEREAS, a hearing shall be held for the purpose of receiving
objections to the proposed exchange of real property; and
WHEREAS, Deschutes County intends to exchange real property with
Ronald A. Richardson and Lois Richardson; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES
COUNTY, OREGON, as follows:
Section 1. That Deschutes County intends to transfer the real
property described as:
A tract of land located in the NEa of Section 24, Township 18
South, Range 11 East, W.M., Deschutes County, Oregon more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the SW corner of Tax Lot 3701 as shown on CS
05875 as filed with the office of the Deschutes County
Surveyor; thence, along the West line of said Tax Lot 3701,
N 03035140" E 301.33 feet to the True Point of Beginning;
thence, along said West line, N 03135'40" E 328.80 feet to
the NW corner of Tax Lot 3701, thence, leaving said West
line, S 89035'56" E 205.65 feet along the North line of Tax
Lot 3701; thence, leaving said North line, S 56031'47" E
102.77 feet; thence, S 49007123" W 412.62 feet to the True
Point of Beginning.
Contains 54,173 sq. ft. or 1.24 acres.
The land to be transferred by Ronald A. Richardson and Lois Richardson
is described as follows:
A tract of land located in the NE'h of Section 24,
South, Range 11 East, W.M., Deschutes County,
particularly described as follows:

On Wednesday, September 22, 1993, at 10 a.m. in Hearings Room "A,"
of the Deschutes County Juvenile Justice Building, 1128 NW Harriman,
Bend, Oregon, the Board of County Commissioners of Deschutes County,
Oregon, will hold a hearing on a land exchange of real property between
Deschutes County and Ronald A. Richardson and Lois Richardson. The
real property to be transferred by Deschutes County is described as
follows:
A tract of land located in the NEk of Section 24, Township 18
South, Range 11 East, W.M., Deschutes County, Oregon more
particularly described as follows:
