Richardson and Lois Richardson; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows: Section 1. That Deschutes County intends to transfer the real property described as: A tract of land located in the NEa of Section 24, Township 18 South, Range 11 East, W.M., Deschutes County, Oregon more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the SW corner of Tax Lot 3701 as shown on CS 05875 as filed with the office of the Deschutes County Surveyor; thence, along the West line of said Tax Lot 3701, N 03035140" E 301.33 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence, along said West line, N 03135'40" E 328.80 feet to the NW corner of Tax Lot 3701, thence, leaving said West line, S 89035'56" E 205.65 feet along the North line of Tax Lot 3701; thence, leaving said North line, S 56031'47" E 102.77 feet; thence, S 49007123" W 412.62 feet to the True Point of Beginning. Contains 54,173 sq. ft. or 1.24 acres. The land to be transferred by Ronald A.
