THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON,
ORDERS as follows:
Section 1. Order No. 93-001 is amended to read as follows:
Section 1. That the property, described in Exhibit "A",
attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, is
hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the Deschutes County Surveyor is directed
to mark the plat, if any, as provided in ORS 271.230.
Section 3. That this Order shall be recorded with the
Deschutes County Clerk, and copies shall be filed with the
Deschutes County Surveyor and County Assessor.
Section 4. That the property vacated in Section 1 shall
vest in the owner of the land abutting the vacated property, as
described in Exhibit "B", attached hereto and by this reference
incorporated herein.

EXHIBIT "A"
A parcel of land located in the Southeast 1/4 of the
Southeast 1/4 of Section 10, Township 18 South, Range 12
East, Willamette Meridian, Deschutes County, Oregon, more
particularly descried as follows:
Beginning at a 3" Brass Cap marking the southeasterly
section corner of said Section 10 thence North 440 46' 52"
West, 28.22 feet; thence North 00° 20' 48" East, 10.00 feet;
thence North 890 54' 33" West 684.96 feet to the TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING of this description;
Thence North 000 05' 27" East 10.00 feet; thence along a
curve concave easterly with a radius of 166.53 feet through
a central angle of 610 53' 37" an arc distance of 179.89
feet (Chord bears North 310 02" 15" East 171.27 feet);
thence North 610 59' 04" East 69.80 feet; thence along a
curve concave northerly with a radius of 1915.37 feet
through a central angle of 140 56' 32" an arc distance of
499.51 feet (chord bears South 690 39' 37" West, 498.09
feet) to the easterly right-of-way line of Mt. Vista Drive;
thence southerly along said right of way South 12* 05' 53"
East, 16.27 feet; thence leaving said right-of-way South 890
541 33" East 313.68 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 0.50 acres more or less.
SUBJECT TO the reservation of a utilities easement in and
upon all of the property; for the purposes of continuing,
constructing, installing, maintaining, repairing,
reconstructing, replacing, enlarging and altering; wires,
poles, pipes, lines, structures, casings supports,
equipment, facilities and appurtenances; at the present and
in the future; necessary or convenient; to Deschutes County,
a political subdivision of the State of Oregon, its agents,
licensees and permittees; forever.
