Criswell, and Sharon L. Criswell,Setting a Time and Place for Hearing Objections Thereto and Providing Notice. * * COUNTY, OREGON c� * RESOLUTION NO. 93-073 WHEREAS, ORS 275.100 provides that the Board of County Commissioners declare its intention to exchange interests in real property by proper resolution; and WHEREAS, a hearing shall be held for the purpose of receiving objections to the proposed exchange of real property interests; and WHEREAS, Deschutes County intends to exchange real property interests in the form of easements with William T. Criswell, and Sharon L. Criswell; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows: Section 1. That Deschutes County intends to transfer an easement appurtenant, for residential ingress/egress to the adjacent real property owned by the Criswells. The easement to be transferred by Deschutes County is generally described as follows: A 30.00 foot wide strip lying 15.00 feet on each side of the following described centerline located in the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter (Government Lot 4) of Section 6 in Township 17 South and Range 12 East of the Willamette Meridian in Deschutes County, Oregon, being fully described as follows: Commencing at a 2" brass cap on an iron pipe at the southwest comer of said southwest quarter of the southwest comer; thence South 89°59125" East 1180.65 feet to a 5/8" iron rod per CS No. 02257 at the southeast comer of said southwest quarter of the southwest quarter; thence North 00°20'17" West 60.49 feet along the east line of said southwest quarter of the southwest quarter to the point of beginning; thence North 82024101 West 17.59 feet; thence North 76019137" West 351.49 feet; thence North 77°48'02" West 58.56 feet; thence North 81041144" West 56.59 feet; thence North 89004106" West 57.80 feet; thence South �r 1 - RESOLUTION NO. 93-073 (7/28/93) 82°12156" West 50.12 feet; thence South 72°17'29" West 49.20 feet; thence South 64°35152" West 58.84 feet; thence South 55°54'05" West 50.17 feet; thence South 55°26116" West 51.55 feet; thence South 64°34'00" West 53.95 feet; thence South 72°28105" West 56.91 feet; thence South 83°25131" West 49.32 feet; thence South 88°34118" West 73.17 feet to a point which is North 15.00 feet from the south line of said southwest quarter of the southwest quarter; thence North 89°59'25" West 192 feet parallel with said south line to the west line of said southwest quarter of the southwest quarter and the terminus of this description. The easement to be transferred by William T. Criswell, and Sharon L. Criswell is generally described as follows: A 10.00 foot wide trail and conservation easement measured at right angles landward from the ordinary high waterline on the left bank of the Deschutes River. The above described easement applies to a parcel located in the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 6 in Township 17 South and Range 12 East of the Willamette Meridian in Deschutes County, Oregon; said parcel being fully described in Volume 253, Page 1839 of the Official Records, Deschutes County. Section 2. A hearing for the purpose of receiving objections to the above land trade will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 13, 1993, in Hearings Room "A" of the Deschutes County Juvenile Justice Building, 1128 N.W. Harriman, Bend. Section 3. That the Clerk of the County Court shall give notice of the time and place for the hearing set in Section 2 of this Resolution by publication of the notice marked Exhibit "A," attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, in "The Bulletin" once each week for four consecutive weeks prior to the date of such hearing. The property interest being transferred to Deschutes County . consists of a trail and conservation easement along the west _bank of the Deschutes River across from Tumalo State Park.
