WHEREAS, on the 18th day of March, 1994, the Board of County
Commissioners held a hearing in the Deschutes County Juvenile Justice
Building, Bend, Oregon, on the issue of whether or not a certain
rottweiler dog and a certain rhodesian ridgeback dog kept by Lynda
Lindelli engaged in the killing, wounding, injuring or chasing of
livestock; and
WHEREAS, any dog not under the control of its owner or keeper
found chasing livestock not on the property of such owner or keeper
shall be prima facie deemed to be engaged in killing, wounding,
injuring, or chasing livestock; and
WHEREAS, Officer Les Hamilton, Susan Ferrara, Fara Ferrara, Lynda
Lindelli, Anthony Lindelli, C.T. Crumley, and Jeff Nelson offered
testimony before the Board of County Commissioners and the Board having
considered the evidence and testimony, and being fully informed in the
premises; and
WHEREAS, the Board finding that a certain rottweiler dog and a
certain rhodesian ridgeback dog kept by Lynda Lindelli while on the
premises of Susan Ferrara and not under the control of its owner or
keeper on or about March 7 - 10, 1994, engaged in the chasing of
livestock; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES
COUNTY, OREGON, as follows:
Section 1. That the certain dogs described as a rottweiler dog
and a rhodesian ridgeback dog owned by Lynda Lindelli in the possession
of the Humane Society of Redmond Shelter be killed in a humane manner.

Section 2. That the recording secretary cause to be mailed, by
certified mail, a true copy of this order to Lynda Lindelli, 3278 NE
33rd, Redmond, Oregon 97756.
Section 3. That the impound fees that have accrued since the
subject dogs were impounded be paid by the dog's owner Lynda Lindelli.
