ORDER NO. 94-079
WHEREAS, Deschutes County has adopted Order No. 94-047, authorizing and
directing the sale of certain real property by the Deschutes County Sheriff; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners find there is a need to revise and
amend said order; now, therefore,
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY,
OREGON, ORDERS as follows:
Section 1. That Exhibit "A," to Order No. 94-047, and all subsequently published legal
notices be amended to reflect the following:
A. The address of the Deschutes County Administration Building is 1130 NW
Harriman, Bend, Oregon.
B. Parcel #4 is deleted from the list of sale properties.
C. Parcel #16 is amended to read as follows:
"PARCEL 16 - A parcel of land and 1992 Fleetwood manufactured
home, approximately 1700 sq. ft, detached garage, plus extras. Note: the
manufactured home will need to be relocated out of the Brookswood Blvd.
setback, and a new well and septic system installed, Tax Lot ID #181124-00-
03701, situs address is 60630 Brookswood Blvd., Bend, Oregon, zoned RR -10.
The following financing shall be available on Parcel 16: 20% cash down at time
of sale, balance at 90/c interest on a five year amortization schedule, with the full
balance due in one balloon payment within one year of sale, promissory note to
be secured by a trust deed.
Assessed Value: $ N/A Minimum Bid: $ 85,700"

D. "Offers may be made through a licensed real estate agent. The County shall pay
a five percent (5%) real estate commission to licensed real estate agents who
appear at the sale on behalf of a client whose bid is accepted by the Board of
County Commissioners. Commissions shall not be paid to realtors representing
themselves or any entity in which they have a financial interest. Realtors who
wish to appear at the auction on behalf of a client and therein be eligible for a
real estate commission shall register on June 1 and 2, 1994, at the Property
Management Office, 1340 NW Wall Street, Bend, Oregon and provide a
photocopy of their current real estate license to County personnel [at the
auction]. Commissions will not be paid unless the realtor pre -registers and
provides the required documentation at the time of registration."
Section 2. That all other terms of said sale shall be consistent with Order No. 94-047
as herein amended.
