U7. -2 AM : 27 94— t , L M ORDER NO. 94-087 CL, WHEREAS, Deschutes County applied for a Road Name Change pursuant to Deschutes County's Uniform House Numbering and Road Naming System Ordinance, No. 89-010, to change the name of (NW) Jordon Court to (NW) Jordan Court, and to officially identify it as such, located in Township 14 South, Range 13 East, W.M., Section 28; and WHEREAS, the Deschutes County Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed name and approved it pursuant to Ordinance No. 89-010; and WHEREAS, all public notices required to be given under Ordinance No. 89-010 regarding the proposed name have been given; and WHEREAS, the appeal period for appealing the Community Development Department's approval has expired; and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 89-010 requires that road names be changed by order of the Board of County Commissioners; now, therefore, THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, ORDERS as follows: Section 1. That the name of (NW) Jordon Court, be changed to (NW) Jordan Court, and that this road be officially identified as such, as shown on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Section 2. That the Community Development Department take such further steps as are required to ensure that the road is so identified for all purposes. DATED this _-day of , 1994.
