ORDER NO. 94-080 WHEREAS, ORS 271.330(2) provides that Deschutes County may transfer real property not needed by the County to a non-profit corporation for the purpose of providing low income housing; and WHEREAS, a hearing was held on June 15, 1994; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners find that Deschutes County no longer needs certain real property for public purposes; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners find that Newberry Habitat for Humanity, is an Oregon non-profit corporation providing low income housing within the State of Oregon and will use certain real property to create low income housing; and WHEREAS, no objections to the transfer of said real property were expressed at said hearing; now, therefore, THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, ORDERS as follows: Section 1. That Deschutes County's interest in the real property described as: Lot Fourteen, (14), Block Four (4), FOREST VIEW, FIRST ADDITION, Deschutes County, Oregon. be transferred to Newberry Habitat for Humanity, the true consideration of which shall be the use of said property to create low income housing, pursuant to ORS 271.330(2). f„ PAGE 1 OF 2 - ORDER NO. 94-080 (6/15/94) r'✓t� i r. 0135-2254 Section 2.
