Olson, dba Elkhorn Estates, Ltd., Setting a Time and Place for Hearing Objections Thereto and Providing Notice. * 0135-2637 * * * a:- RESOLUTION NO. 94-068 WHEREAS, ORS 275.100 provides that the Board of County Commissioners declare its intention to exchange interests in real property by proper resolution; and WHEREAS, a hearing shall be held for the purpose of receiving objections to the proposed exchange of real property; and WHEREAS, Deschutes County intends to exchange real property with James R. Olson, dba Elkhorn Estates, Ltd.; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows: Section 1. That Deschutes County intends to transfer real property to the James R. Olson which is generally described as follows: See attached Exhibit "A". The real property to be transferred by James R. Olson is generally described as follows: Water rights, including 9.5 acres of Central Oregon Irrigation District water rights, located in Deschutes County, Oregon. Section 2. A hearing for the purpose of receiving objections to the above land trade will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 10, 1994, in Hearings Room "A" of the Deschutes ou ty Juvenile Justice Building, 1128 N.W. Olson, dba Elkhorn Estates, Ltd. The real property to be transferred by Deschutes County is generally described as and may include the following: See attached Exhibit "A'. The property to be transferred by James R. Olson, is generally described as follows: Water rights, including 9.5 acres of Central Oregon Irrigation District water rights, located in Deschutes County, Oregon. The property being transferred by Deschutes County consists of surplus land, not needed for road right of way on the west side of Brookswood Boulevard, north of Powers Road in Bend. The property being transferred to Deschutes County consists of water rights to be transferred to lands at Big Sky Park on Hanby Road, Bend. Any person may appear and make objections to the proposed exchange. The meeting location is wheelchair accessible. Materials are available in alternate formats.
