RESOLUTION NO. 94-082 WHEREAS, Deschutes County has adopted Resolution 94-068, declaring the intention of Deschutes County to make an exchange of an interest in real property with James R. Olson; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners find there is a need to revise and amend said resolution; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows: Section 1. That Exhibit 'B," to Resolution 94-068 be amended to reflect corrected legal descriptions of the real property to be transferred by Deschutes County to James R. Olson and all published legal notices be amended to reflect July 13, 20, 27 and August 3, 1994 for publications and July 13, 1994 for posting, as contained in the amended Exhibit "B," attached herein.
