ORDER NO. 94-120 f, R 01836-1565 WHEREAS, Deschutes County applied to change a road name pursuant to Deschutes County's Uniform House Numbering and Road Naming System Ordinance, No. 89-010, to change the name of this Heierman Drive to Helbrock Drive, located in Township 21 South, Range 10 East, Section 1, W.M.; and WHEREAS, the Deschutes County Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed name and approved it pursuant to Ordinance No. 89-010; and WHEREAS, all public notices required to be given under Ordinance No. 89-010 regarding the proposed name have been given; and WHEREAS, the appeal period for appealing the Community Development Department's approval has expired; and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 89-010 requires that road names be changed by order of the Board of County Commissioners; now, therefore, THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, ORDERS as follows: Section 1. That the name of this Heierman Drive be changed to Helbrock Drive, as shown on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Section 2.
