ORDER NO. 94-099 WHEREAS, Resolution No. 94-068 provided for a hearing for the exchange of interest in real property between Deschutes County and James R. Olson, dba Elkhorn Estates, Ltd.; and WHEREAS, said hearing was held on August 10, 1994; and WHEREAS, ORS 275.100 requires that the Board of County Commissioners authorize the exchange of interest in real property after hearing by order; now, therefore, THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, ORDERS and finds as follows: Section 1. That the interest in real property as described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B," attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, are of equal value. Section 2. That the exchange of such property is in the best interests of the County. Section 3. That title to said properties be reviewed and approved by Deschutes County Legal Counsel. Section 4.
