RESOLUTION NO. 94-115
WHEREAS, Deschutes County has adopted Resolution 94-109, declaring the intention of
Deschutes County to transfer an interest in surplus real property to the City of Redmond; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners find there is a need to revise and amend said
resolution; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES
COUNTY, OREGON, as follows:
Section 1. That Exhibit "B," to Resolution 94-109 be amended to reflect the rescheduling of the
hearing date from November 30, 1994 to December 7, 1994, and be amended to reflect the revision of
the dates of publication to November 23 and 30, 1994, and a revised date for posting of November 23,
1994, as contained in the amended Exhibit "B," attached herein.

PUBLIC NOTICE
On Wednesday, December 7,1994, at 10:00 a.m. in Hearings Room "A," of the Deschutes County
Juvenile Justice Building, Bend, the Board of County Commissioners of Deschutes County, Oregon, will
hold a hearing on a transfer of interests in real property from Deschutes County to the City of Redmond.
This hearing was originally scheduled for November 30, 1994, and is hereby rescheduled for December
7, 1994, as set forth above. The real property to be transferred by Deschutes County is generally
described as and may include the following:
Parcel #1 - Parcel 2 of Major Land Partition Plat 92-32, Deschutes
County, Oregon.
Parcel contains 13.07 acres subject to all easements,
restrictions and right of way of record pertaining to the above
described lands.
Parcel #2 - A parcel of land located in Sections 26 and 27 of Township
15 South, Ranger 13 East of the Willamette Meridian in
Deschutes County, Oregon, being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the 1/a corner common to Sections 27 and 28,
T15S, R13E, W.M.; thence S89°50'26"E - 4158.83 feet along
the east -west centerline of said Section 27; thence north
1733.99 feet; thence N89°50'26"E - 1171.20 feet to the east
line of said Section 27; thence N89°39'17"E - 2457.70 feet to
a point located on a line 1250 feet southwesterly of and
parallel with the centerline of Redmond Municipal airport
Runway 10-28; thence S58°07'03"E - 65.95 feet along said
line parallel with Runway 10-28 to a point located on a line
4400 feet southeasterly of and parallel with the centerline of
Redmond Municipal Airport Runway 4-22; thence
S60021'56"W - 2901.85 feet along said line parallel with
Runway 4-22 to the east line of said Section 27; thence
continuing S60021'56"W - 5872.44 feet along said line parallel
with Runway 4-22 to the south line of said Section 27; thence
S89038'36"W - 227.19 feet to the southwest corner of said
Section 27; thence N00° 13'12"E - 2634.34 feet along the west
line of said Section 27 to the point of beginning.

Parcel contains 240.40 acres subject to all easements,
restrictions, and right-of-way of record pertaining to the
above described lands.
The property being transferred by Deschutes County consists of surplus land, south of the
Redmond Airport.
Any person may appear and make objections to the proposed exchange.
The meeting location is wheelchair accessible. Materials are available in alternate formats. For
the deaf or hard of hearing, an interpreter or assistive listening system will also be provided with 48 hours
