1995-12247-Resolution No. 95-052 Recorded 4/13/1995REV 9�-122=�'7 LER COUNSEL BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON A Resolution Establishing an Imprest Cash Account for Handling Minor Disbursements for Deschutes County Solid Waste Department and Providing Procedures. RESOLUTION NO. 95-052 0144-0769 WHEREAS, Deschutes County Solid Waste Department has a need for an imprest cash account for handling minor disbursements relating to Solid Waste department fees and small purchases; and WHEREAS, ORS 294.465 provides that imprest cash accounts for handling minor disbursements must be established by resolution of the Board of County Commissioners; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows: Section 1. That an imprest cash account for the handling of minor disbursements necessary for the department, be established for Deschutes County Solid Waste Department. Section 2. That $300.00 from account number 08-62-2330, general expenses, be transferred to the account. Section 3. That the object and purpose of the account is to pay minor disbursements necessary for the department. Section 4. Depletions from the account may be replenished from the general expense line item of Fund 08, Department 62. Section 5. Expenditure of funds out of the imprest cash account shall be supported by a receipt or record for the expenditure. An accounting of all such expenditures shall be maintained with the account records. Section 6.
