RESOLUTION NO. 95-050 0144-107-L WHEREAS, various departments of Deschutes County charge fees and charges for services and permits; and nd WHEREAS, it is necessary to adopt rdancamend hschedules of thChapter4e2oof the County annually each Ju1indedcoand the Deschutes County code, as WHEREAS, various Deschutes County departments have proposed fees and charges for services and permits; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on April 12, and April 19, 1995, on the proposed fees and charges for services and permits; and Commissioners finds that the fees WHEREAS, the Board of County and charges for services and permits as set forth pExhibit "A" e reflect the actual cost of providing services and permits; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows: Section 1. That the fees and charges for services and permits attached hereto and by this reference set forth in Exhibit "A," p of incorporated herein, are hereby adopted as the fees and charges Deschutes County, Oregon. Section 2. The fees and charges for services and permits 1995. adopted in Section 1 of this Resolution are effective July 1, Section 3. The Department may refund a fee accompanying an application if the applicant withdraws the application before the Department has done any field work or other substantial review of the application. Refunds are subject to the $35 refund processing fee.
