1995-22966-Resolution No. 95-072 Recorded 6/30/199595-22966 BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESC , __:' A Resolution Adopting Deschutes * ::'V r,- - County Major Roads Capital * r,t "L Improvement Program, RESOLUTION NO. 95-072 014 I `OU51 WHEREAS, the Major Road Capital Improvement Program (MRCIP) is a vehicle for scheduling improvements for modernization, traffic -safety, transportation system, bridge, and right-of-way projects, and for funds for local improvement districts, building, facilities, and contingencies; and WHEREAS, the MRCIP is intended to give consistency to the decision making process at the policy level and specific direction at the department level whereby resources available for capital improvements can be appropriately applied to the major road and bridge networks under County's jurisdiction; and, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Major Road Capital Improvement Program Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, is hereby adopted as the policy of the Board of County Commissioners relating to the planning, designing, and construction scheduling of Capital Improvements including modernization, traffic safety, transportation system, bridges, and right-of-way projects for the four years following the current fiscal year; Dated this _34) day of , 1995.
