1995-42469-Resolution No. 95-152 Recorded 12/7/19959542469 COUNSEL BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES A Resolution Declaring the Intention of Deschutes County to Make an Exchange of an Interest in Real Property with the City of Redmond, Setting a Time and Place for Hearing Objections Thereto and Providing Notice. 0148-1409 l } RESOLUTION NO. 95-152 WHEREAS, ORS 275.100 provides that Deschutes County may declare its intention to exchange interests in real property by proper resolution; and WHEREAS, a hearing shall be held for the purpose of receiving objections to the proposed exchange of real property; and WHEREAS, Deschutes County intends to exchange real property with the City of Redmond, a municipal subdivision of the State of Oregon; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows: Section 1. That Deschutes County intends to transfer real property to the City of Redmond which is described in Exhibit "A," attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. The real property to be transferred by the City of Redmond is described in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Section 2. The City of Redmond intends to transfer real property, constituting fee ownership of one parcel and the leasehold interest to three parcels to Deschutes County which is described in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Section 3. A hearing for the purpose of receiving objections to the above land transfer will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 17, 1996, in Hearings Room "A" of the Deschutes County Juvenile Justice Building, 1128 N.W.
