following findings of fact pursuant to ORS 198.925(1):
(a) The District retains no outstanding bonds, coupons or
other forms of indebtedness. However, for purposes of
dissolution of the District, the need to fill, dismantle

constitute an indebtedness of the District. This
indebtedness is more clearly defined and addressed by the
Agreement executed by District and the Inn of the 7th
Mountain Association of Unit owners.

real property.
(c) There are no uncollected taxes, assessments or charges
that were levied by the District.

account which is administered by the Deschutes

Please find enclosed several tech sheets of items still available. Rick will be forwarding
any manuals he has on this equipment to me. The status of the generator is still a
mystery. However, he made a good suggestion to Bruce that perhaps the Inn consider
using it as an alternate power source for the Covention Center and/or restaurants in the
event of a power outage.
Finally, he indicated that he should be wrapping up the work in the next week. I will
contact you next week to discuss this letter.
Thanks for your attention and support.
Sincerely,
