ACTING AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE
DESCHUTES COUNTY EXTENSION AND 4-H COUNTY SERVICE
A Resolution Declaring Certain
Equipment Surplus and Directing
Disposition.

WHEREAS, certain equipment described as a Cannon
Serial No. F11670 / CAZ00344, owned and operated
County Extension and 4-H County Service District is n

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners acting as the governing
body of the Extension and 4-H County Service District finds it to be in
the public interest to transfer the equipment herein described, to the
Central Oregon Battering and Rape Alliance (COBRA); now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES
COUNTY, OREGON, ACTING AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE DESCHUTES COUNTY
EXTENSION AND 4-H COUNTY SERVICE DISTRICT as follows:
Section 1. That the equipment described as a Cannon 3525
photocopier, Serial No. F11670 / CAZ00344, is hereby declared to be
surplus property of the District.
Section 2. That the equipment declared surplus herein be
transferred to COBRA for a public purpose.
