SIGNATURE OF RESOLUTION NO 96-056, TRANSFERRING APPROPRIATIONS WITHIN VARIOUS FUNDS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY 4- H/EXTENSION SERVICE DISTRICT 1995/96 BUDGET Before the Board was signature of Resolution No. 96-056, transferring appropriations within various funds of Deschutes County 4-H/Extension Service District 1995/96 Budget. Chair Schlangen opened the public hearing and continued it to Wednesday, May 1, 1996, at 10 a.m. 12. SIGNATURE OF RESOLUTION NO 96-050, PROCLAIMING THE WEEK OF APRIL 28 THROUGH MAY 4, 1996a AS THE FACES OF HOMELESSNESS WEEK Before the Board was signature of Resolution No. 96-050, proclaiming the week of April 28 through May 4, 1996, as the Faces of Homelessness Week. Susan reported there were 12 applications for a total of $165,060 requested. The grant money approved totaled $88,750. The following grants were approved: Bend Community Trees $5,000, Bend Downtowners $3,000, Skateboard Park $5,000, COCC Telecommunications Forum $5,000, Deschutes County Fair $37,000, Library Business Resource $2,050, Solid & Water $7,650, La Pine Chamber $5,000, Northwest Software Institute $5,000, Oregon Innovation Center $4,050, and La Pine Park Restrooms $10,000.
