ORDER NO. 96-083 WHEREAS, John and Jennifer Cosgrave have appealed t�(=Dl�.bchutes County Planning Commission's denial of V-95-11, an applic#ian for a variance submitted by John and Jennifer Cosgrave; and WHEREAS, Section 22.32.035 of the Deschutes County Code allows the Board of County Commissioners discretion on whether to hear appeals of Hearings Officer's decision; and WHEREAS, the Board has given due consideration as to whether to review this application on appeal; now therefore, THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, ORDERS as follows: Section 1. That it will hear on appeal application V-95-11 pursuant to Title 22 of the Deschutes County Code and other applicable provisions of the County land use ordinances. The Board will hold a hearing on the record for this application. Staff shall set a hearing date and cause notice to be given to all persons or parties required to be notified.
