That the territory described in Exhibit 1, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, is hereby annexed to the Rural Fire Protection District No. 2. Section 2. That the territory described in Exhibit 1 and depicted on the map marked Exhibit 21 attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, shall be considered annexed to Rural Fire Protection District No. 2 as of the date of this Order. Section 3. The purpose of this District is to provide fire protection services within said District. DATED this 30th day of October, 1996.
