MINUTES DESCHUTES COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS , Ln Wednesday, September 18, 1996 Acting Chair Barry Slaughter called the Board of County Commissioner's Meeting to order at 10:03 a.m. County Commissioners present were Barry H. Slaughter and Robert L. Nipper. Also present were Mike Maier, County Administrator; Rick Isham, County Counsel; Ralph Delamarter, Librarian; James Lewis, Planner; Susan Mayea, Management Analyst; Marty Wynne, Finance Director; Sue Stoneman, Public Relations Specialist; Vera Deniz, Support Enforcement; George Read, Community Development Director; Brad Chalfant, Property Manager; and Dave Leslie, Planner. 1. MINUTES 3 SEPTEMBER 18, 1996 9. 10. 0156-0233 Susan Mayea reported there were no changes from the approved budget that the Board reviewed. The total budget amount was for $1,252,080, of which a little over $98,000 was the redemption fund. Chair Slaughter opened the public hearing. There being no testimony, the public hearing was closed. Consent agenda items before the Board of County Commissioners were: 1) signature of 1996/97 Clinical Affiliation Agreement with Central Oregon Community College; 2) award of Contract to Pape Brothers for a tilt trailer; 3) signature of Sublease for Awbrey Butte Transmission Site for First Media Television for a new sublease on the OPB Tower; 4) signature on Minor Partition MP -96-2, for Gordon Rowat; 5) signature of Liquor License renewal for TJ's Quick Stop Market; and 6) signature of Mylar for Buck Run, Second Addition.
