WHEREAS, Robert L. Coats and Joyce E. Coats has petitioned the Board of County
Commissioners for the purchase of tax foreclosed property pursuant to ORS 275.180; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has considered Petitioner's petition,
and having received an offer of payment for past due taxes and penalties in the amount of
$10,872.91; and
WHEREAS, it appearing that such sale should be made; now, therefore,
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY,
OREGON, ORDERS as follows:
Section 1. That the Board of County Commissioners sell to Robert L. Coats and Joyce
E. Coats the following described property:
A parcel of land lying in the NE1/4SE1/4 of Section 33, Township 14 South,
Ranger 13 East, W.M., Deschutes County, Oregon and being a portion of that
property described in that deed to the State of Oregon, recorded in Book 51,
Page 371 of Deschutes County Record of Deeds; the said parcel being that
portion of said property lying South of a line parallel with and 40 feet South of
the North line of said NE1/4SE1/4 and Westerly of a line parallel with and 80 feet
Westerly of the center line of the The Dalles-California Highway, which center
line is referred to in said State of Oregon deed.
The parcel of land to which this description applies contains 0.81 acre, more or
less.

Section 2. That a bargain and sale deed be executed and delivered transferring said
property to Robert L. Coats and Joyce E. Coats.
