RESOLUTION NO. 97-021 WHEREAS, Deschutes County has received a grant from the Oregon Department of Transportation, Public Transit Section, for 80 percent of the purchase price of a new handicapped -accessible van for the City of Bend Dial -a -ride program; and WHEREAS, these new grant funds need to be appropriated; and WHEREAS, ORS 294.326(2) allows the appropriation and expenditure of new grant funds designated to specific purposes; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows: Section 1. That the following appropriations be made within the Deschutes County 1996-97 Budget: FUND 28, SPECIAL TRANSPORTATION FUND Revenue 28-08-R309 State Grant $ 35,230 Expenses 28-08-3625 Specialized Equipment $ 35,230 Section 2.
