Ratio Review.
ORDER NO. 97-105
WHEREAS, the Deschutes County Board of Ratio Review shall consist
of five members: three non -office residents of Deschutes County who
are not employees of the county or of any taxing district within the
county, one member of the governing body of a school district within
Deschutes County, and one member of the governing body of a taxing
district within Deschutes County that is not a school district or the
county; and
WHEREAS, the appointment of five members to the appropriate pools
is mandated by ORS Chapter 309; and
WHEREAS, the term of each member of the board of ratio review
shall begin on the July 1 next following appointment and shall end on
the June 30 next following or when the member resigns or is replaced,
whichever occurs first; and
WHEREAS, the new filed pool of names shall become effective upon
approval of this board order, no
THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the following named
individuals be appointed to serve as members of the 1997 Board of
Ratio Review for a term pursuant to ORS 309.010 and ORS 309.020; and
IT IS FURTHER ORDER that this Order shall be entered in the
records of the Board of County Commissioners of Deschutes county.
