RE: Annexation into La Pine Sewer District
R Ext. 6624
June 25, 1997
File No. 16-316
Attached is a copy of a Resolution signed by the LaPine Special Sewer District. After reviewing
the statutes, I have the following comments/questions:
1. The Resolution should be filed with the County Clerk the way a petition would be filed.
-"'2. A legal description of the territory to be annexed is needed.
3. A Secretary of State security deposit form and a deposit of $100 is needed. nA
4. Does the BOCC then need to enter a resolution or order?) accepting the District's Resolution
and setting a hearing date? Or do we just set the hearing ate. Qe'
5. Two hearings will be needed. l s 4 f -C,
6. No election. bfs A.
