SUBJECT: Establishment of Cash Drawers for Site Attendants
Please prepare a Resolution on our behalf for the establishment of three (3) two hundred
dollar ($200.00 each) cash drawers to be used by our landfill site attendants.
Due to extenuating circumstances (long lines = grouchy customers), we have
implemented a yard debris program separate from the scalehouse activities and have hired
additional contract help. This will expedite long lines on weekends at a minimal cost as
well as improve our customer service.
If you have any questions or require additional information, please give me or Debbie a
call. We appreciate your help on this, Marty.
