Equalization Orders in the Amount L
of $ 7,492.59
ORDER NO. 97 - 108
WHEREAS, Marty Wynne, Deschutes county Tax Collector, has requested
the Board of County Commissioners authorize tax refunds to certain taxpayers
pursuant to Board of Equalization orders; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to refund the amounts overpaid by said taxpayers;
now, therefore,
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY,
OREGON, ORDERS as follows:
Section 1. Pursuant to ORS 309.100 through 309.120 and ORS 311.806
the Deschutes County Tax Collector is hereby authorized to make refunds from the
unsegregated tax account in the amount of $ 7,487.47 , and from the County
Assessment and Taxation Fund in the amount of $ $5.12 , as described in Exhibit
A, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.
