Nipper, and Linda L. Swearingen. Also in attendance were Mike Maier, County Administrator; Bruce White, Assistant County Counsel; Susie Penhollow, County Clerk; and Marty Wynne, Treasure. 1. SWEARING IN OF MARTIN WYNNE AS DESCHUTES COUNTY TREASURER Susie Penhollow, Deschutes County Clerk, performed the swearing in of Marty Wynne as Deschutes County Treasurer. CONVENE AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF 4-H/EXTENSION COUNTY SERVICE DISTRICT 2. APPROVAL OF THE WEEKLY ACCOUNTS PAYABLE VOUCHERS FOR THE 4- H/EXTENSION COUNTY SERVICE DISTRICT Before the Governing Body was approval of the weekly accounts payable vouchers for the 4-H/Extension County Service District in the amount of $620.56. Sky Development Company and Deschutes County for Terrebonne building; 3) signature of the 1997 Fund Exchange Agreement between Oregon Department of Transportation and Deschutes County; 4) signature of Intergovernmental Agreement between City of Sisters and Deschutes County regarding North Pine Street; 5) appointment of Rim Parsons and Pat Thornton to the Deschutes County Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee; 6) signature of Contract between Deschutes County Health Department and Jesuit Volunteer Corps Northwest; and 7) signature of Liquor License Renewals for Deschutes River Trout House, Black Butte General Store, Ponderosa Pizza, Crane Prairie Resort, Elk Lake Resort, and The Grill at Widgi Creek.
