Nipper. Also in attendance were David Leslie, Planner; and Susan Mayea, Management Analyst. CONVENE AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF 4-H/EXTENSION COUNTY SERVICE DISTRICT 1. APPROVAL OF WEEKLY ACCOUNTS PAYABLE VOUCHERS FOR THE 4- H/EXTENSION COUNTY SERVICE DISTRICT Before the Governing Body was approval of the weekly account payable vouchers for the 4-H/Extension County Service District in the amount of $400.35. PUBLIC HEARING ON ORDINANCE NO 97-065, AMENDING PL -20 THE DESCHUTES COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, TO AMEND THE TEXT OF THE EXCEPTION STATEMENT OF THE PLAN FOR SEWER EXTENSION FROM LA PINE URBAN UNINCORPORATED COMMUNITY TO WICRIUP RURAL SERVICE CENTER Before the Board was a public hearing on Ordinance No. 97-065, amending PL -20, the Deschutes County Comprehensive Plan, to amend the text of the exception statement of the Plan for sewer extension from La Pine Urban Unincorporated Community to Wickiup Rural Service Center. Dave Leslie reviewed the ordinance amending PL -20 with the Board. Chair Nancy Pope Schlangen opened the public hearing. There being no testimony, the public hearing was closed.
