ORDINANCE NO. 97-081 WHEREAS, Brooks Resources Corporation applied for a plan amendment and zone change on certain properties within the Bend Urban Growth Boundary; and WHEREAS, a hearing was held, after notice given in accordance with law, before the County Hearings Officer; and WHEREAS, the Hearings Officer approved the proposed zone changes on certain properties; and WHEREAS, the decision of the Hearings Officer has not been appealed; now, therefore, THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, ORDAINS as follows: Section 1. AMENDMENT. Title 19 of the Deschutes County Code is amended to change the zone designation of the property described as Parcels 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 8 on the attached Exhibit "A," attached hereto and incorporated herein, and as generally depicted on Exhibit `B" attached to Ordinance 97-080, and incorporated herein by this reference, from Urban Standard Residential Zone (RS) to Limited Commercial Zone (CL). Section 2. FINDINGS.
