RESOLUTION NO. 97-154 WHEREAS, ORS 275.100 provides that the Board of County Commissioners shall declare its intention to exchange real property by proper resolution; and WHEREAS, a hearing shall be held for the purpose of receiving objections to the proposed exchange of real property; and WHEREAS, Deschutes County intends to exchange real propertywith H. Eric Dolson; and BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows: Section 1. The real property to be transferred by Deschutes County is generally described as follows: The Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SEI/4NWI/a) and the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E'/2SWI/a) of Section Twelve (12), Township Fifteen (15) South, Range 10 East, Willamette Meridian, Deschutes County, Oregon. The real property to be transferred by H. The parties contemplate that land values shall be equalized for the purpose of exchange by the deposit of funds into an account for the limited purpose of the purchase of replacement real property. The real property to be transferred by Deschutes County is approximately 120 acres located south of Highway 22, Sisters -Redmond Highway, about 3 miles east of Sisters. The real property to be transferred by H. Eric Dolson is approximately 5.5 acres with a residence, located adjacent to Smith Rock State Park, commonly known as 10260 NE Crooked River Drive, Terrebonne, Oregon. The meeting location is wheelchair accessible. Materials are available in alternate formats.
