COUNTY CLERK ORDER NO. 98-001 WHEREAS, ORS 275.100 provides that Deschutes County may exchange real property with private persons when it deems such exchange to be in the best interest of Deschutes County; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Deschutes County did adopt Resolution No. 97-154 providing for a hearing for the exchange of real property between Deschutes County and H. Eric Dolson; and WHEREAS, said hearing was held on January 28,1998; and WHEREAS, ORS 275.100 requires that the Board of County Commissioners authorize the exchange of lands after hearing by order; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners finds that the real property generally described herein is in the best interest of Deschutes County; now, therefore, THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, AUTHORIZES AND ORDERS as follows: Section 1.The real property to be transferred by Deschutes County is generally described as follows: The Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SEI/4NWI/a) and the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (EI/2SW1/a) of Section Twelve (12), Township Fifteen (15) South, Range 10 East, Willamette Meridian, Deschutes County, Oregon. The real property to be transferred by H. EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion within the right of way of Wallenburg Road.
