ORDINANCE NO. 98-032 -0, Cn S r. .O WHEREAS, Skyliner Summit Limited Partnership, Broken Top Limited PartnrK ' ark Cascade Highlands Limited Partnership have requested that certain property, identifieneii4s` be rezoned from UAR-10, Urban Area Reserve, to RS, Urban Standard Density ResidentiaF�and from RS to UAR-10; and WHEREAS, a hearing was held, after notice given in accordance with law, before the County Hearings Officer; and WHEREAS, the Hearings Officer recommended approval of the proposed zone changE�s; and WHEREAS, the decision of the Hearings Officer has not been appealed; now therefore, THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, ORDAINS as follows: Section 1. AMENDMENT TO ZONING MAP. The Bend Urban Growth Boundary Zoning Map is amended to change the zone designation of the property described as Parcels 1 and 2 on Exhibit "A" and as depicted on Exhibit "C," attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, from UAR-10, Urban Area Reserve, to RS, Urban Standard Density Residential, and to change the zone designation of the property described on Exhibit "B" and depicted as Parcel 3 on Exhibit "C," attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, from RS, Urban Standard Density Residential to UAR-10, Urban Area Reserve. Section 2. FINDINGS. To adopt as its decision and findings the Findings and Decision of the Deschutes County Hearings Officer, dated April 24, 1995, relating to Zone Change Application ZC-94-7, attached to Ordinance No. 98-031 as Exhibit "E,'and incorporated herein by this reference.
