1998-31749-Resolution No. 98-065 Recorded 6/30/1998REVIEWED 166 1252 :9S~317,19 BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES C(Li;°L A Resolution Adopting and Continuing * co co Fees and Charges for Services and Providing an Effective Date. vti C� RESOLUTION NO. 98-065 WHEREAS, various departments of Deschutes County charge fees and char' et-'for-Kervices and permits; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to adopt and amend the fee schedules of the County an each July 1 in accordance with Chapter 4.12 of the Deschutes County Code, as amended; and \' WHEREAS, various Deschutes County departments have proposed fees and charges for services and permits; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on June 17, 1998, on the proposed fees and charges for services and permits and finds that the fees and charges for services and permits as set forth in Exhibit "A" reflect the actual cost of providing services and permits; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows: Section 1. That the fees and charges for services and permits set forth in Exhibit "A," attached hereto and, by this reference, incorporated herein, are hereby adopted as the fees and charges of Deschutes County, Oregon. Section 2. The fees and charges for services and permits adopted in Section 1 of this Resolution are effective July 1, 1998. Section 3.
