Nipper, and Linda L. Swearingen. Also in attendance were Mike Maier, County Administrator; Patti Mecca, Property Management; Charlie Grant, Mental Health; Meaghan Houska, Communications Director; Mike Dugan, District Attorney; Frank Moore, Mental Health Director; and Didi Malarkey, Regional Problem Solver. 1. HIGH DESERT MIDDLE SCHOOL BAND PERFORMANCE The High Desert Middle School Band came to the Board of County Commissioners to perform today. 2. CONSENT AGENDA: Consent agenda items before the Board of County Commissioners were: 1) signature of Order No. 98-068, establishing certain dedicated public road rights -of ways as County roads; 2) signature of Amendment to Breast and Cervical Cancer Coalition Contract; 3) signature of Order No. 98-056, authorizing the refund of taxes; 4) signature of Order No. 98-057, authorizing the refund of taxes; 5) signature of Resolution No. 98-045, declaring the intent to transfer real property South of Ward Road, contiguous to Eastgate Park to Bend Metro Park & Recreation District; 6) signature of Resolution No. 98-046, declaring the intent to transfer real property to Terrebonne Domestic Water District; 7) signature of Resolution No. 98- 047, declaring the intent to sell real property by private sale; and 8) signature of Resolution No. 98-048, declaring the intent to sell real property by private sale. PUBLIC HEARING ON INTENT OF DESCHUTES COUNTY TO TRANSFER REAL PROPERTY TO REDMOND .HABITAT FOR HUMANITY AND SIGNATURE OF ORDER NO. 98-051, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER Before the Board was a public hearing on the intent of Deschutes County to transfer real property to Redmond Habitat for Humanity and signature of Order No. 98-051, authorizing the transfer. MINUTES 4 MAY 6, 1998 168 - 2047 Patti Mecca reported this was a parcel that was partially landscaped piece. The property was located in Redmond off of 21st Street. She recommended approval of the transfer. Chair Schlangen opened the public hearing. Redmond Habitat thanked the Board for the donation of the property.
