ORDINANCE NO.98-055
WHEREAS, the Sunriver Urban Unincorporated Community Zoning Map, as shown on Exhibit
"A" to Ordinance No. 97-079, incorrectly designated certain property, identifiedon Assessor'smap #19-11-
32BD as tax lot #203, as "Single Family Residential" instead of "Multiple Family Residential;" and
WHEREAS, after notice and hearing as required by law, the Board of County Commissioners has
considered correcting this error; now, therefore,
THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON,
ORDAINS as follows:
Section 1. AMENDMENT OF ZONING MAP. The Sunriver Urban Unincorporated Community
Zoning Map is amended to change the zone designation for the property shown on Exhibit "A" and
described in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, from RS, Single Family
Residential District, to RM, Multiple Family Residential District.
Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance being necessary for the immediate preservation
of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist and this Ordinance takes effect
on its passage.
