The Deschutes County Deferred Compensation Plan (Plan) is amended to reflect the addition of language set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, and all assets of the Plan are declared to be held by Deschutes County, through its Finance Director, as Trustee of said assets pursuant to IRC Sections 401(f) and 457(g). Section 2. Deschutes County Legal Counsel is directed to make all such additional changes and modifications to the language of the Plan document as are necessary to comply with statutory requirements. Section 3. Any notice period required under the provision of the Plan is hereby waived and this amendment is effective December 31, 1998. DATED this 21" day of December, 1998.
