In the Board's judgment, to protect the safety of the public; and WHEREAS, this action is based upon an engineering and traffic investigation; and WHEREAS, Shoshone Road lies outside the corporate limits of any city; and WHEREAS, it appears that a safety necessity exists on Shoshone Road; now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON as follows: Section 1. The designated speed of 35 m.p.h. be assigned to all of Shoshone Road. Section 2. That the County Road official erect appropriate signing according to MUTCD (Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices) requirements giving notice of the restriction. Section 3.
