COUNTY CLERK RESOLUTION NO. 99,064 WHEREAS, ORS 275.100 provides that the Board of County Commissioners shall declare its intention to exchange interest in real property by proper resolution; and WHEREAS, a hearing shall be held for the purpose of receiving objections to the proposed exchange of interest in real property; and WHEREAS, Deschutes County intends to exchange interests in real property with Ronald L. Dye; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES COUNTY, OREGON, as follows: follows: Section 1. A hearing for the purpose of receiving objections to the above described land action will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 28, 1999, in the Board of County Commissioners Hearing Room of the Deschutes County Administration Building, 1130 NW Harriman, Bend, Oregon.
