RESOLUTION NO. 99,065
WHEREAS, ORS 275.100 provides that the Board of County Commissioners shall declare
its intention to exchange interest in real property by proper resolution; and
WHEREAS, a hearing shall be held for the purpose of receiving objections to the proposed
exchange of interest in real property; and
WHEREAS, Deschutes County intends to exchange interests in real property with Ronald L.
Dye; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES
COUNTY, OREGON, as follows:

Section 1. The casement to be transferred by Deschutes County is generally described as

of the Willamette Meridian, Deschutes County, Oregon
Section 2. The easement to be transferred by Ronald L. Dye. to Deschutes County is generally
described as follows:
The Northerly 60 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NEI A N W 1 /4)
of Section 22, Township Seventeen (17) South, Range Fourteen (14) East of the Willamette
Meridian, Deschutes County, Oregon
Section 3. A hearing for the purpose of receiving objections to the above described land action
will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 28, 1999, in the Board of County Commissioners
Hearing Room of the Deschutes County Administration Building, 1130 NW Harriman, Bend,
Oregon.
Section 4. That the Clerk of the County Court shall give notice of the time and place for the
hearing set in Section 3 of this Resolution by publication of the notice marked Exhibit "A," attached

hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, in "The Bulletin" once each week for four
consecutive weeks prior to the date of such hearing.

On Wednesday, August 4, 1999, at 10:00 a.m. in the Board of County Commissioners
Hearing Room of the Deschutes County Administration Building, 1130 NW Harriman, Bend,
Oregon,
the Board of County Commissioners of Deschutes County, Oregon, will hold a hearing on an
exchange of easements with Ronald L. Dye and Deschutes County.
The easement to be transferred by Deschutes County is generally described as follows:
