A Resolution Adopting the 1999-00
Fiscal Year Budget for the Redmond
Library County Service District.
RESOLUTION NO. 99-060
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES
COUNTY, OREGON, ACTING AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE REDMOND LIBRARY
COUNTY SERVICE DISTRICT, as follows:
Section 1. That the Board of County Commissioners of Deschutes County, Oregon, acting
as the governing body of the Redmond Library County Service District, hereby adopts the Budget
approved by the Budget Committee for the fiscal year 1999-00 in the total sum of $187,000,
marked Exhibit "A," attached hereto and, by this reference, incorporated herein.
Section 2. That the Budget Officer of the Redmond Library County Service District file a
copy of the Budget as finally adopted with the County Assessor and County Clerk of Deschutes
County, Oregon, and with the Department of Revenue, State of Oregon, in accordance with ORS
294.555.

A Resolution Levying Ad Valorem
Taxes for the 1999-00 Fiscal Year
And Making Appropriations of the
Redmond Library County Service
District Budget.
RESOLUTION NO. 99-061
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DESCHUTES
COUNTY, OREGON, ACTING AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE REDMOND LIBRARY
COUNTY SERVICE DISTRICT, as follows:
Section 1. That the Board of County Commissioners of Deschutes County, Oregon, acting
as the governing body of the Redmond Library County Service District, hereby imposes the taxes
provided in the Redmond Library County Service District Budget for the fiscal year 1999-00 in the
aggregate amount of $166,965 and that these taxes are hereby levied on all taxable property
within said district shown on the Assessment Roll as of 1 a.m. July 1, 1999. The following
allocation and categorization subject to the limits of Section 11b, Article XI, of the Oregon
Constitution constitute the above aggregate levy:

Section 3. That the Budget Officer of the Redmond Library County Service District certify to
the County Assessor and County Clerk, Deschutes County, Oregon, and the Department of Revenue,
State of Oregon, the tax levy made by this Resolution and file with them a copy of this Resolution as
adopted in accordance with ORS 294.555.
