Swearingen, Dennis R. Luke and Tom DeWolf. Also present was Ron Meckler, 9-1-1 Director; Mike Maier, County Administrator; Dennis Maloney, Community Justice Director; Bruce White, Deputy County Counsel; Jim Bonnarens, Property Management; Kelley Jacobs, Administrative Assistant; Rick Isham, County Counsel; Susan Mayea, Management Analyst; and Barbara Rich, Planner. CONVENE AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF 9-1-1 COUNTY SERVICE DISTRICT 1. RATIFICATION OF LABOR AGREEMENT BETWEEN DESCHUTES COUNTY 9-1-1 SERVICE DISTRICT AND THE AMERICAN FEDERATION OF STATE COUNTY AND MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES FOR THE DESCHUTES COUNTY 9-1-1 EMPLOYEES' ASSOCIATION Before the Governing Body was ratification of a labor agreement between Deschutes County 9-1-1 Service District and the American Federal of State, County and Municipal Employees for the Deschutes County 9-1-1 Employees' Association.
